When I started working under my own franchise in 2012, the franchisor lacked any structured training program. Training efforts were scattered and inconsistent, with no uniform approach to equipping franchise owners and field technicians. 

Recognizing this gap, I saw an opportunity to apply my creative thinking and experience to build a comprehensive and scalable training system from the ground up.
Leveraging my deep knowledge and experience from building a franchise from the ground up to over $1,000,000 in sales, I documented every step of the process. This documentation allowed me to create a relatable and scalable training program. 

Through innovation, hard work, and dedication, I single-handedly developed these training solutions with a high degree of creativity, transforming the franchise operation. I took the initiative to take the reins on this and have led every training program since 2017.

New Franchisee Training

I created and refined a 30-hour classroom program focusing on business mindset, finances, daily operations, and software training. Utilizing a mix of presentations, role play, team and individual exercises, and videos, the program is constantly refined by me to ensure it remains up-to-date and effective. As the lead instructor, I developed all training materials and coordinated the sessions, emphasizing profitability and operational efficiency.

Skilled as a motivating speaker, I create entertaining and educational conferences for large audiences. I build engaging content that brings the entire organization together, providing key metrics and fostering a sense of unity from office staff to laborers. My data-driven insights make the conferences competitive and unifying, enhancing company culture and driving sales growth.


Onsite/Field Training

 I provide onsite ride-alongs to teach franchisees irrigation service and installs, focusing on upsells and how to utilize our system to their advantage. I share the tips and tricks that helped me build a million-dollar franchise, building strong bonds with franchise owners by working with them in the trenches.

Developed a library of over 100 customized training videos covering software instructions, day-to-day operations, sales training, field procedures, and estimating/invoicing. These videos continually guide franchisees and serve as a connection point between office staff and field technicians. I oversee the entire process, from conceptualization to updating the platform to align with operational changes.


Virtual Training Program

Designed an 8 hour virtual training program for franchisees to attend before classroom training, providing a foundational layer of learning. This scalable solution ensures uniform training across the company, supporting franchise owners and their employees in achieving consistent and high standards.
