One of my key contributions is my relentless drive to push the franchise team with innovative ideas and solutions to increase sales. I am always analyzing sales and identifying opportunities within every micro section of our company. 

Over the past few years, I have generated thousands of ideas to maximize revenue and have taken on various roles that contribute to our success. Below are a few examples, but I am always developing creative strategies to enhance sales opportunities.

Franchise Sales
With comprehensive knowledge of our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), I can effectively engage with and sell to prospective franchisees. Drawing from my experience as a franchisee, I build trust and evaluate if candidates are a good fit for our franchise brand.

Licensing
I possess the ability to pass rigorous state and local tests for contracting and irrigation licensing. Holding these licenses is essential for our operations in the following states:
- Florida
- New Jersey
- North Carolina
- Texas
Online Sales Funnel
I conceptualized and developed an online sales funnel that channels all scheduling customers through an upsell portal, enhancing the potential dollar value of each customer. This system effectively sells additional services such as landscape lighting, Wi-Fi timers, and recurring services like backflow testing. This approach has significantly increased the potential revenue per customer by hundreds of dollars by integrating these upsells into the scheduling process.

50% Off Summer Inspections
After analyzing data and identifying low opt-in rates for summer inspection services, I proposed offering these services at a 50% discount. This strategy aimed to boost summer sales and recurring revenue. After presenting these ideas at our annual convention, the franchisees unanimously agreed with this approach, leading to increased summer business.

Sales Conversion Patterns
Through detailed analysis, I identified patterns in our sales process, concluding that customers often agree to jobs within the first few days. Our previous sales process extended over a month, so I tightened it up, focusing on more aggressive follow-ups in the early days. I also devised a new process, currently in development, to offer discounts to customers nearing the end of this sales period to secure more sales.
Upsell Quick Buttons for Technicians
I designed quick-action buttons for technicians in the field to effortlessly send quotes for Wi-Fi timers, landscape lighting, and holiday lighting. Previously, generating these quotes was time-consuming and difficult to scale. This innovation has increased the potential sales per customer by hundreds of dollars and resulted in hundreds of thousands of additional quotes being sent annually, enhancing our sales potential.

Recreation and Design of Recurring Maintenance Packages
I revamped our outdated maintenance packages, which are essential for enrolling customers in recurring services. This redesign has streamlined the process and made it easier for customers to commit to ongoing services, improving customer retention and long-term revenue.
Landscape and Holiday Lighting Packages
Recognizing the need for clear and simple service offerings, I created easy-to-sell packages for landscape and holiday lighting. For years, assembling these packages was cumbersome for technicians, so I developed straightforward solutions that are now utilized company-wide.
Holiday Lighting Design Portal & Lead Generation
I developed a design portal on our website’s holiday lighting section that also serves as a lead generation form. This portal differentiates us from competitors, screens budget-conscious customers, and generates valuable email leads for future marketing efforts.

5% and 10% Discounts for Summer Work
I designed a promotional strategy offering customers discounts on installations if they waited for our slower months. Estimators use this as a sales tool to drive work during slower summer seasons, effectively balancing our workload and increasing sales.
Google Ads
I have extensive experience with Google Ads and consumer marketing, understanding the intricacies of all consumer marketing channels. Each project aligns with our advertising efforts to ensure maximum visibility and impact. This knowledge has helped refine our campaigns and align our strategies with our broader marketing goals.
Consumer Website
In 2024, I will lead a significant project to redesign and rebuild our main consumer website, which includes over 100 pages. Although I will not directly code this project, I will be the primary leader in design, writing, and marketing, focusing on pricing, marketing, and upsells to ensure scalability and maximize sales and conversions.
Material Auditing Process
Our franchisees were facing overcharges on materials, so I developed a process to audit franchise purchases and ensure suppliers honor our bulk discounts. This process saved franchisees over $50,000 in 2022, significantly improving cash flow and profitability.
