The creation of the nationwide sales leaderboard and awards program has revolutionized our company, becoming central to our culture and significantly impacting how we view and manage sales. 

Despite initial pushback and hesitation from my team, I moved forward with this project, knowing it was essential for uniting our workforce and driving sales. Built to appeal to the mindsets of our franchisees and tailored specifically to our sales items, this tool has become integral to our company culture.
Design and Implementation

I developed and control a comprehensive leaderboard that compares nationwide and local sales, updated monthly to keep data current. It helps franchise owners and technicians understand their performance in an easy-to-read format.

Recognition and Motivation

I established a bi-annual awards system based on the leaderboard, fostering a competitive yet fun environment. This program recognizes top performers and motivates all technicians, reinforcing a positive company culture.

Building this nationwide sales leaderboard and awards program was an extremely complex task that stemmed from a concept I had nurtured for years. The actual build required analyzing and manipulating millions of pieces of data, ensuring every detail was precise and functional. This project demanded countless after-hours work over several months, reflecting my commitment to enhancing our company's performance tracking and motivational systems.
