Since 2017, I've led the design and management of every territory map nationwide, overseeing our expansion across 10 states, 75 service zones, 1,500 zip codes, and 100 service technicians. 

My intricate understanding of each area's specific needs and technician capabilities allows for continuous adjustments and optimization.
