When I joined the franchisor in late 2017, they had minimal social media presence for franchise offerings, limiting brand visibility and potential franchisee reach. There was no unified strategy for marketing to prospective franchisees.
Recognizing the need for a cohesive online branding strategy, I took the initiative to enhance our brand's presence online. Understanding the importance of this effort, I committed my personal time to learning the necessary skills and exploring effective approaches to build our online presence.
